My fiancé and I just went this weekend for the sunset cruise, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it, despite the weather. The boat was beautiful and just the right size, and Todd and his dog Ensign were very cheerful. I was so happy we could sit (almost) anywhere on the ship, and sight-seeing opportunities of the Boston Harbor were marvelous. Thank you again, Captain Rodzen! Highly recommended to all!

Thanks for a great evening, Capt. Todd & Ensign!  My 17 yr. old son and I had a great time--our joint assessment was, "It was like chillin', but more, because we not only relaxed, but added to our lives--really 'mint' (= fantastic)."  The sights and sounds of the harbor and islands were wonderful, and the feel of being on the boat, rolling with the water, was both soothing and invigorating.  My son especially loved helping with the sails and tacking!  We'd love to do it again.

I took a sail with Captain Todd last week and it was FANTASTIC!  The boat is beautiful and the view of Boston by night was incredible.  This is a fantastic value too.. we had the whole boat to ourselves (except we shared it with the cutest  dog ever and the captain!) Todd is a great captain and even let us assist in raising the sails. Overall, it was an incredibly romantic sail and I enjoyed every second of it. I can't wait to go again....

Hi Capt. Todd,

I had great time sailing with you and Ensign.  Thanks again for letting me sail the Hestia down the harbor....she is great.  Also kudos to you for getting so close the Volvo Open 70s for the start of leg 7.  That is something I won't forget.  Next time I am in Boston I will look you up for a day sail.

To anyone browsing this website and thinking about contacting Todd....DO IT!.  You won't regret it.  Todd is a great skipper, the Hestia is a great boat, and Boston is so much cooler from the water.

 Hestia is a fine sailboat, most competently sailed by Captain Todd.  Safety and fun always present during our 400 mile convoy from Newport to Beaufort, NC.
