Back again for a second sail!

We had such a great time on Mother's Day for the Pro-Am races when the Volvo Ocean Race was in port, we booked another sail for my birthday!
We wanted to see the Volvo Open-70's on the water when they were in port, but I did not want to be on a "cattle-boat" so we found s/v Hestia and Todd via Facebook, I think.
The day of the Pro-Am races (Mothers' Day), there were high winds and small-craft advisories in effect. I was a little nervous to be climbing aboard a 32ft sailboat with a captain I'd never met....Todd was great though...he was calm and competent and put safety first without being fussy or overbearing about it. We were able to relax and watch all the excitement.
Todd didn't back off of the excitement though, and kept us in EXCELLENT viewing range the whole day! I've never seen sailboats move so fast and precisely as the racers that day and the views of their sails against the Boston skyline were amazing! We had such a good time we were looking for a reason to book again before we left that day.
When I saw that Todd was doing moonlit sails and that the full moon fell on my birthday weekend....we decided to come back for seconds. Todd was accomodating and we were able to book an intimate moonlit sail for the night before my birthday. Another really excellent experience! The full moon on the water with my sweetheart along....both peaceful and thrilling!
I really don't want to post this, because I want you to stay home so that Hestia will be available whenever I personally want to sail. However, Todd is a really nice guy and a competent Captain.....you won't regret booking for a Boston Harbor sail aboard Hestia.
Thanks Todd! Lori
